Gaming bill refiled in Senate

A gaming bill in the Illinois senate could be voted on sometime this month. Former State Rep. Bill Black says a gaming bill can add much needed revenue to the state. Black says with all the casinos in Illinois that can add another 550 to 650 million dollars in the state treasury. Governor Pat Quinn wants that revenue to be earmarked  for education and or pension contributions. The refile bill introduces implementations that the governor has requested like a ban on political contributions from gambling interest.
