GOP State Reps. Unveil Jobs Plan

State Representative Dwight Kay says the state needs to become more business friendly.  He says rolling back the tax hike that took effect two years ago would be a good starting point.

Kay wants to make the Research and Development Tax Credit permanent.  He also suggests reducing the costs of starting a Limited Liability Corporation in the state.

Kay's proposals are part of a larger jobs plan introduced in the state House.  He says the plan could put hundreds of thousands of people to work and generate up to $8 billion in additional revenue.
