Hear the State of the State on NewsRadio WTAX.

Governor Quinn will deliver his State of the State address at noon today.  According to the "Chicago Tribune," Quinn will tout his accomplishments over the past year and call on lawmakers for continued efforts to reform the pension system.  He's also expected to ask lawmakers to legalize online voter registration and switch Illinois to an open primary during elections.  House Republicans say they'd like to hear Quinn talk about ways to grow the economy, protect hard working taxpayers, and safeguard services for the state's most vulnerable people.
