CWLP Offers Rebate for Old Clothes Washers.



City Water, Light and Power’s Energy Services Office has processed over 139 rebates for high efficiency clothes washers and there is funding available to process 116 more. CWLP has extended rebate eligibility by two weeks, to February 15th. Residential electric and water customers of CWLP who replace an existing clothes washer with a qualifying, new high-efficiency model can be eligible for a $150 rebate. Rebates will be applied as a credit to the customer’s bill once approved. Customers should contact the Energy Services Office.
