State Rep. to Raffle Guns

One newly elected state rep has found a creative and controversial way to replenish his campaign chest.  Josh Harms, from Watseka, is raffling off several guns.

The grand prize is a Ruger Mini-14 stainless steel rifle.  He’s also raffling off a Ruger LCR hammerless 357 revolver and a Mossberg 535 pump shotgun. Tickets are five bucks apiece and must be purchased by March 2nd.

Participants must be 21 and eligible to own a gun in Illinois.
