Patti Blagojevich Sues Chicago Media Company

Former Illinois first lady Patti Blagojevich is suing a Chicago radio station.

She says WIQI-FM, now known as "i-101", poked fun at her husband, former governor Rod Blagojevich, when it displayed billboards claiming, "He never listens." i-101 recently flipped from a news/talk format, known as FM News 101. Merlin Media used the former governor's likeness to draw attention to the news station.

Rod is locked up in a federal prison for corruption. Patti claims the station used his likeness to attract attention, increase listeners, and increase revenues. She wants $30,000 in damages.
