Chamber Working With City on Next Step for Rail.



The decision by the Federal Railroad Administration to give a record of decision approving the move of the third street rail corridor in Springfield to 10th street really will help downtown business.  Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce's Stewart Sandstrom says the decision helps move things along.  Sandstrom says the Chamber is now working to assist the city and state with finding funding sources so it can start the design process and land acquisition.
