Federal prosecutors apparently want a grand jury to look into state Senator Donne Trotter's gun incident. His attorney made the announcement today, saying prosecutors are trying to blow the incident out of proportion.
Trotter is accused of trying to bring a gun and ammunition onboard an airplane at O'Hare Airport. Trotter has no plans to end his campaign for Jesse Jackson Jr.'s former seat in Congress.
