A familiar face on Channel 3, WCIA in the mornings, Robert Reese, has passed away.  WCIA reports Reese passed away Tuesday night at a hospital in Chicago after battling pneumonia.  He had been fighting cancer for several years.  Reese started at WCIA in 1998. He was chief meteoroligist for nearly four years.
