A three-week-old baby girl who authorities say was kidnapped in front of an Illinois post office this week is found alive and well. Officials in Stark County say Mia Graci Thompson was located last night along a rural gravel road not far from where she was taken. The girl's mother who authorities identify as 19-year-old Kendra Meaker is under arrest in connection with the kidnapping. The girl was taken Wednesday morning in the town of Toulon, Illinois, located about 150 miles southwest of Chicago.
