Taxpayers May Be Paying For Chicago Teachers' Deal.



The Illinois Policy Institute says the teachers union in Chicago scored a win, deflecting many reforms and receiving a pay increase.  She wonders how the city will pay for the added expenses in teachers salaries and benefits.She tells Bob Murray on the Morning Newswatch the state already sends Chicago two billion dollars, and she suspects teh city will be asking for more.  Rasmussen says the state cannot afford it, and taxpayers will likely be paying.
