Governor to Speak at Democratic National Convention.
Governor Quinn will be speaking at the Democratic National Convention tonight, supporting President Obama's second bid toward the White House. Quinn will take the stage at 6:30 p.m. He says he'll talk about the economy and creating new jobs. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel will also address the DNC crowd tonight.
