22-year-old Amber Kline of Springfield has been charged in a fatal crash on Sunday.
The crash that took the life of 23-year-old Amanda J. Smith at 3a.m. Sunday morning in the 5200 block of West Washington Street.
Sangamon County chief deputy Jack Campbell says they are seeking charges of Aggravated DUI, driving on a suspended drivers license and illegal transportation of alcohol against Kline.
