Accused Beason Killer Claims Self-Defense

A man accused of killing five people in Beason says he killed one of the victims in self defense.  Chris Harris and his brother are accused of the murders but new documents claim Harris killed 14-year old Dillon Constant in self defense.

Harris's attorney filed the motion for self-defense this week but did not go into detail about what the victim may have done.  The defense is also seeking to subpoena that victim's mental, medical, and school records in order to establish their case.  Constant, two of his siblings, and his parents were all killed in the 2009 ordeal.
