Bob Gray appearing on the WTAX Morning News Watch with Bob Murray announced he will not be running for the State Senate in the 50th District. Gray who was planning to run as an independent said he was not able to get enough signatures to appear on the ballot. Gray did not get the 3 thousand signatures he needed. Now that Gray has dropped out of the race Republican State Senator Sam McCann will be running unopposed as the Democrats did not field a candidate for the 50th District.
