In preparation for the Illinois State Fair, stop signs will be installed on Sangamon Avenue at 11th Street tomorrow, Thursday, August 2nd. This will make the intersection an all-way stop.
Traffic around the fairgrounds will change to a one-way counter-clockwise pattern on Thursday, August 9th, which is the first day of the State Fair.
