Hogan will outearn all on Springfield campus



Former University of Illinois President Michael Hogan is going to be the highest-paid employee on the Springfield campus when he's a history professor there.

Hogan, who earned 651-thousand dollars as president, is earning 285-thousand-100 dollars a year as a professor. The school's salary book shows Vice President and Chancellor Susan Koch earns 220-thousand dollars annually.

Hogan is spending a year on sabbatical, living near family in Ohio, and will start teaching at UIS in 2013-14.
