Springfield School District's Business Director Resigns.

The Springfield School District is going back to its institutional knowledge to formulate its budget.  Superintendent Walter Milton has asked former Director of Business Services, Agnes Nunn, to step in to help it look for areas to cut.  In a news release, Milton says this is a challenging time and calling on someone with Agnes' expertise and deep familiarity with the district and its budget will be crucial for setting the stage for financial recovery.  Nunn retired in 2010.  Meanwhile, Leonora Beck, has resigned as business director.  District Budget and Payroll Director Joe Bascio will serve as the interim business director.
