State Offering Utility Assistance



There's help for families struggling to keep up with high utility bills.

The state has dedicated ten-million dollars to help families pay their bills through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Programor LIHEAP. The money will be distributed to households with seniors over 60, children under five, or someone with a disability. Families must also meet certain income requirements.
