Springfield Residents in "Sensitive Groups" Warned About Ozone.

It's another hot day today with temperatures above 100 and the heat index near 110.  Make sure you stay cool and don't forget to drink plenty of water.  There is also an OZONE alert.  Anyone with heart or respiratory issues should avoid being outside, because the conditions will make it difficult for you.  Citizens are also encouraged to cut down on pollution by carpooling, taking public transportation, riding your bike, and avoiding using gas powered tools.  The OZONE level is at orange, "Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups" and continues through Friday.
