CWLP drive-through & alley to close for a week

The CWLP drive-through payment window and the alley between Municipal Center West and Lincoln Library will be closed to thru-traffic starting Tuesday, July 3rd due to alley repairs.

The payment window will re-open and thru-traffic in the alley will resume following repairs, which are expected to be complete by Monday, July 9th.

While no thru-traffic will be permitted in the alley, those wishing to park in the public parking ramp under the library will still have access.

CWLP customers may use the walk-in customer service counter located inside the Municipal Center West until 5 p.m. to drop off payments.

CWLP has several other payment drop-off sites located throughout the city. Payment drop boxes, which are available to CWLP customers 24 hours a day, are located in the drive-through lanes at Illinois National Bank’s branches at 2450 N. Dirksen Parkway and 2849 S. Sixth Street in Springfield; and the Heartland Credit Union located at 2213 West White Oaks Drive. Payments may also be made by phone or via the internet with a credit card.
