Michelle Obama To Join Quinn For Bill Signing

First Lady Michelle Obama is joining Governor Quinn for a bill signing tomorrow.

The bill is designed to help military families and veterans obtain an expedited temporary professional license in Illinois while they wait for the standard license to be approved.

Mrs. Obama has been on the forefront of veterans issues, especially when it comes to improving the jobs outlook for military spouses. Quinn says Mrs. Obama is behind the new measure coming to Illinois, which is the 23rd state to adopt the policy.
