Nearly two dozens employees of the Decatur Adult Transition Center are getting letters informing them they are being let go. It's all part of Governor Quinn's plan to close several state facilities in a money saving effort. The center had hoped it would be spared after lawmakers found extra money, but now they will be shut down by August 31st. POSTED 06/20/12 3:20PM
