The former chief of staff for Rod Blagojevich is waking up to his first full day behind bars, but his stay won't be long.  John Harris was convicted of helping the former Illinois governor try to sell President Obama's old U.S. Senate seat.  He was facing up to five years but testified for the prosecution.  Under the deal, Harris will be locked up for spend only ten days.
