Quinn compared to Blagojevich

Governor Quinn is being compared to former, convicted Governor Rod Blagojevich after yesterday's State of the State address.

Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka says we've seen what happens when the governor ignores the real problems. Quinn urged lawmakers to find the courage to tackle Medicaid and pension reform this year and proposed several new programs designed to put veterans to work, provide relief for businesses, help struggling homeowners, and more.

Republicans say the programs will add 500-million dollars to the state's budget, but Quinn's office says it's more like 300-million.
