The trial of a former Lanphier High School teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a student has been continued again.

Jennifer Tyree will have to wait until October to stand trial. She was arrested in November 2012 and charged with one count of criminal sexual assault. This is the third time the case has been continued.

Police said her alleged relationship with the student came to light when the student’s parents notified them.
