Taylorville Gas Station Robbed at Gunpoint

A man robbed a Taylorville gas station while firing his weapon, and police are looking for clues.

Authorities say a man wearing a blue and white jacket, dark blue jeans and white sneakers entered the Route Mart on Park Street shortly after 7:00 Thursday night and demanded money.

He fired his gun before running off with an unknown amount of money, no one was injured.
