St. Clair Co. Inmates File Federal Lawsuit

Dozens of inmates who say they were strip-searched at the St. Clair County Jail are seeking $10 million in a federal lawsuit. They say the searches should have been done in private instead of in front of other inmates and guards. A judge tossed out a similar lawsuit last week.
