Springfield Police Arrest One in Shooting Incident

Springfield Police say they’ve made an arrest in connection with a shooting from earlier this week.

Lamond Grice, 19, who lives in the 2200 block of east Monroe where the shooting occurred, faces a number of weapons charges. The shooting grazed the victim, who didn’t offer any police any information, and damaged a number of homes in the area.

The investigation is still ongoing.
