Springfield, Sherman Declare Snow Emergencies

The City of Springfield has declared a snow emergency; it goes into effect at 8:00 Tuesday night.

Parking on marked snow emergency routes is prohibited and vehicles could be towed. Springfield Public Works says the snow emergency may last for 48 hours.

The village of Sherman has also declared a snow emergency.
