Snow Emergency Declared Beginning Tonight

Here we go again….the City of Springfield is declaring a snow emergency beginning midnight Sunday (11:59pm Saturday) in anticipation of another major winter storm hitting the area.

Parking on the snow emergency routes is prohibited and motorists face the possibility that their vehicles will be removed and towed elsewhere.   Forecast models indicate we could see between 6 and 10 inches of snow beginning late Saturday.  Keep it tuned to Newsradio 1240 & 107.5fm WTAX for the latest.
