More Trouble for Springfield’s Infrastructure

The city’s infrastructure continues to crumble.  A sewer cave-in is forcing east-bound Monroe Street to be closed for about a week beginning Tuesday just east of MacArthur.  Numerous water main breaks and sewer cave-ins have kept city crews busy this winter.
