An Illinois lawmaker has a plan to reduce the size of government, but he’s not talking about cutting taxes or shrinking the bureaucracy. State Representative Don Moffitt is forming a “fitness caucus” at the Capitol to encourage fellow lawmakers, lobbyists or anyone else who wants to shed some pounds and eat healthier.
