Kincaid Chief of Police Charged with Official Misconduct

The Christian County States Attorney has filed charges against Richards Adams, Kincaid Village Police Chief.

Adams is charged with Official Misconduct for allegedly having village employees make repairs to his home on work time.  Illinois State Police are still investigating.  Bond was set at $15,000.
