Fire Damages Scheels

A fire that started in a third floor store room left Scheels with smoke and water damage.

The fire reportedly started around 8:00 Thursday night, activating the sprinkler system. The Springfield Fire Department says there is smoke and water damage throughout the building.

We’re told the store is open for business today.
