Bob Murray Passes

A man who spent 40+ years bringing central Illinois news and information on radio and television has passed away. Legendary broadcaster Bob Murray died Wednesday morning surrounded by family.  He was 66.

Murray hosted the WTAX Morning Newswatch from 2003 until just after this past Thanksgiving, when it was revealed he was battling stage 4 brain cancer.

Services are pending.
