LAS VEGAS (AP) — Talk about a long-shot.

The odds of the 76ers winning the NBA title are 9,999-1.

The pro basketball season got underway yesterday and the Las Vegas oddsmakers don’t have any respect for Philadelphia.

LVH sports book oddsmaker Jeff Sherman says 9,999-1 odds are the highest their computer will accept.

At the other end of the spectrum, Miami is favored at 2-1 to win another NBA title.
