TROY, Mich. (AP) — The Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader are hiring.

Hundreds of people want to be extras in the new Superman and Batman movie.

It’s going to be shot in the Detroit area over the summer. The wannabe extras responded to a casting call at a hotel yesterday.

The Detroit News reports producers are looking for men and women, to play business types as well as military and police.

The film will feature Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill will repeat as Superman.
