R&B star Cee Lo Green must return to court in Los Angeles on April 28 for a preliminary hearing in relation to a drug possession charge.

The singer, real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, stands accused of giving an ex-girlfriend ecstasy before having sex with her in 2012.

He has pleaded not guilty to the allegation. The singer recently made headlines by stepping down from NBC’s “The Voice.”
