What the stars will eat at Sunday’s Golden Globes

Sunday marks the 71st annual Golden Globe Awards, and in addition to an awards show it’ll also be a smorgasbord of gut-busting good food.

The menu was designed by Hilton executive chef Suki Sugiura and will be prepared for the 1,500 stars in attendance on Sunday, according to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

The three-course meal will take a staff of 200 people to prep and prepare, according to Sugiura.

Stars can nosh on appetizers of grilled eggplants, tabbouleh, seared tomatoes, and mini sweet peppers stuffed with feta cheese and served on grilled pita bread.

The main course features braised beef short ribs and sauteed filets of Atlantic sea trout, capped off with an “inventive” dessert of mango, sponge cake and creme Anglaise.

According to Golden Globe organizers white and red wines, and champagne, will be “freely available throughout the meal.”

So settle into your couches with some popcorn America! It’s time for the Golden Globes.
