Three teens hurt in wreck

State Police say alcohol could be involved in a crash that injured three teenagers – one possibly critically – Monday night west of town. A 15-year-old Springfield girl is being treated at St John’s Hospital for what police say are possibly life threatening injuries. The driver – a 16-year-old Pleasant Plains boy – and the other passenger – a 15-year-old Springfield boy – were not seriously hurt. The one-car wreck happened around nine last night along Moore Road near West Jefferson.
