Police Still Seeking Tips on July Homicide in Rochester

Sangamon County authorities are still looking for help in figuring out who murdered a 78 year old Rochester woman.

Police say Norma Lipskis was found dead in her home in late July and initially thought it was due to a fall, but the coroner later determined it was a homicide. There are no leads and authorities are looking for any information.

Anyone with annonymous information is encouraged to call Sangamon and Menard County Crimestoppers at 788-8427. Tips can also be texted — type TIP 672 plus a message and send it to crimes.
