The firm hired to search for Springfield’s new school superintendent has an online survey to gauge opinions, but just about anybody can weigh in.
Interim Superintendent Bob Leming says the survey isn’t limited to District 186 residents.
“If other people want to chime in I guess they can,” said Leming on Friday’s Morning Newswatch with Bob Murray. “We’re primarily interested in what District 186 people think of the district, what its strengths and weaknesses are, and then how a new person can come in and make an impact.
The survey, available on sps186.org, also doesn’t require identification or information on where the participant lives. Survey takers are free to click through as many times as they wish. That could skew the results by not providing an accurate sample.
The survey is available through September 28th.
