Join us for an evening of festive frolicking, plentiful food and drink, live music and a silent auction during a star-studded dance competition at the 8th Annual Dancing with the Starz on Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Hilton in Downtown Springfield.
This fundraising event for the Prairie Art Alliance offers a fun night out while providing essential funding for
artist support, art awareness and art outreach.

This year’s celebrity dancers represent a cross section of the Springfield community and will compete for the 2013 title with
the help of professional dancers handpicked by dance instructor Pat Lyttaker. Celebrity judges Mylas Copeland from Green Toyota,
Amy Nelson from Cool 101.9 FM, and Jim Leach from 970 AM, along with MC Joe Crain from WICS Channel 20,
will provide entertaining commentary, while the audience determines the winner through the purchase of Starz Bucks.

The competition officially started Tuesday, Aug. 13, the day of the dancers’ first rehearsal,
with pre-votes accepted via this webpage.
