All of the entries from a total of 19 register-to-win boxes at various locations throughout Springfield, IL and surrounding areas will be combined and 35 qualifiers will be randomly drawn. An additional 50 qualifiers will be obtained through web registration and on-air contesting with the Capitol Radio Group stations and 30 qualifiers will be randomly drawn from register-to-win stops at various locations. A total of 115 qualifiers will be eligible to participate in a reverse drawing at the finals party on Thursday, June 25th from 6pm-8pm at Mowie’s Cue. All qualifiers must be present at Mowie’s to participate in the reverse drawing.
