TORONTO (Reuters) - TORONTO, Nov 26 (Reuters) - The controversial mayor of Canada's largest city was found guilty of conflict of interest on Monday, and ordered removed from office.
Provincial judge Charles Hackland ruled that Toronto Mayor Rob Ford acted wrongly when he voted on a council order where he had a direct financial interest.
