Mt. Pulaski Run will Benefit State Police Officer's Family.



A group of area community members are hoping to raise some money to help the family of the fallen Illinois State Police Trooper, Kyle Deatherage.  Deatherage died after a semi-truck hit him while he was on the side of the road for a traffic stop.  There will be a 5K run/walk on December 15th at ten in Mt. Pulaski.  The fee will be $10 for each walker or runner with all of the proceeds goign to the family.  The race will start on the square in Mt. Pulaski at Washington and Jefferson.
