Lottery jackpot grows

Fall Leaf Pick Up/Drop Off Begins Monday



Springfield's free leaf pick up and drop off program will start again next week.

The city is this year partnering with Evans Recycling at 2100 J. David Jones Parkway, where residents can drop off bags of leaves beginning Monday. The pick up program will begin November 1st, where Public Works and waste haulers will pick up bags on the curb.

Leaves must be placed in approved yard waste bags or containers. The program will run through November 30th.
