DENVER (Reuters) - Accused Colorado theater gunman James Holmes could face a polygraph test or be medicated for a narcoanalytic interview if he chooses to plead not guilty by reason of insanity, the judge hearing the case advised on Monday in court documents.
Holmes is expected to make a plea on Tuesday on multiple counts of first-degree murder and attempted murder in the July shooting rampage that killed 12 moviegoers and wounded 58 others during a screening of "The Dark Knight Rises" Batman movie in Aurora, Colorado.
